Yourself

Reflections, practices, and stories for people learning themselves.

What we believe

Relationship precedes performance. The body is not an object to perfect. It is a storyteller, a teacher, and a place to come home to.

The RE:BEING learning cycle

A way through.

Learning is not a straight staircase. It spirals. It pauses. It asks you to stay near the question long enough for understanding to become lived.

The RE:BEING practice: a circular diagram of the learning cycle — curiosity, awareness, confusion, practice, understanding, embodiment, integration.
